Salary: $17.50 to $20.50 hourly (To be negotiated) 35 hours per week

Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Urdu, Punjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate cash register
- The candidates should be able to process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments
- The candidates should be able to scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and be able to calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves and clean counter area, participate in promotional activities
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary
