Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties
- The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
- The candidates should be able to ensure adherence to government regulations and company objectives
