Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work outdoors and at heights
  • The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and in dusty environments
  • The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be physically fit for demanding tasks that may require standing for extended periods
  • The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with others

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should have experience in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
  • The candidates should have experience in harvesting crops
  • The candidates should be capable of examining produce for quality and preparing it for the market
  • The candidates should be skilled in weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
