Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Blueberries, Raspberries
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, possessing hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, as well as bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, showcasing adaptability to various work conditions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, demonstrating proficiency in various agricultural tasks
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, contributing to the growth and health of the plants
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, ensuring timely and efficient gathering of produce
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, emphasizing technical skills in agricultural practices
