Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and adaptability, and work under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity in demanding situations
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency, manage handling heavy loads, ensuring safety and proper lifting techniques, and perform physically demanding tasks with endurance and resilience
- The candidates should be able to exhibit attention to detail in all aspects of their work, demonstrate hand-eye coordination for tasks that require precision and accuracy, and distinguish between colors accurately for tasks that involve color-coded information
- The candidates should be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, stand for extended periods as part of their job requirements, and perform walking duties as necessary for the role
- The candidates should be able to handle bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their job responsibilities and work overtime when required to meet business needs
- The candidates should be able to engage in fruit and vegetable combination farming activities, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and handle viticulture tasks with expertise
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, adhering to safety protocols, work in wet/damp conditions, ensuring the proper use of protective gear, work in noisy and dusty environments, and work in hot conditions, taking necessary precautions to ensure well-being

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping to ensure the proper growth and shape of plants, deleafing effectively to enhance the overall health of plants, and conduct fruit tree training to promote optimal fruit production
- The candidates should be able to maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes efficiently, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure their proper development, and implement shoot positioning techniques for optimal plant growth
- The candidates should be able to perform suckering to manage and control plant growth effectively, carry out tying procedures to support the structure and stability of plants, and handle weeding tasks to maintain a clean and healthy cultivation environment
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops at the appropriate time for optimal yield
