Salary: $15.00 hourly for 32 to 50 hours per week

Location: Souris, PE
Shifts: 08:00 to 17:00
Type of crops: Potatoes
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit, comfortable standing for extended periods, and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work, including handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) when necessary
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform grading tasks, including picking stones and/or wood, and sorting and packing fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and assist in loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops efficiently, contributing to maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
