Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Kelowna, BC
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Staff accommodation available and Staff accommodation provided
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Apples and Cherries
Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator, Fruit harvester, Sprayer or duster, and Tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be collaborative team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer and weed
- The candidates should be able to fertilize, spray crops, and harvest crops
