Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in fruit and vegetable combination farming and able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be tolerant of odors associated with farming and able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
- The candidates should be prepared for a large workload and willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to walk as part of their job duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should be quick learners, able to grasp new concepts efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
