Salary: $15.83 hourly 50 to 80 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, wet/damp, and in fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized, flexible, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
