Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Type of crops: Apples and Cherries
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be capable of walking
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be skilled in budding trees and proficiently handle clipping tasks and experienced in deleafing and capable of weeding efficiently
- The candidates should harvest crops with care and examine produce for quality, preparing it for the market
- The candidates should sort and pack fruits and vegetables accurately
