Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, managing diverse crops in an outdoor setting
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working in dusty conditions, employing appropriate safety measures for respiratory health
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments, efficiently harvesting crops in high-temperature conditions
- The candidates should be proficient in harvesting crops, demonstrating efficiency and precision in the collection process
- The candidates should be adaptable to noisy working conditions, maintaining focus and effective communication in such environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks in dynamic and rapidly changing conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be physically fit, as the job involves physically demanding tasks that require strength and endurance
