Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Experience: Candidates should have strong customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates must be able to lift/carry 45-50 lbs. frequently for 8-10 hours a day
  • The candidates should be able to push/pull 50-250 lbs
  • The candidates should be capable of performing frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
  • The candidates should be able to perform frequent reaching over the shoulder, at waist level, and from the floor

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates must have a valid Class 1 license in good standing, or they should be able to possess one within 30 days of starting the role
  • The candidates should have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • The candidates must be able to work shifts and overtime as required

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to deliver products to scheduled customers
  • The candidates should be able to establish positive working relationships with the primary contact at each account as part of customer service
  • The candidates should be able to stock and rotate products on store shelves, displays, coolers, and vending equipment
  • The candidates should be able to create small displays and arrange promotional materials, including pricing signs and banners
  • The candidates should be able to generate invoices and take responsibility for the daily settlement of cash and charges
  • The candidates should be able to merchandise all accounts according to established standards
  • The candidates should be able to complete all necessary paperwork thoroughly and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to perform all assigned duties in a manner that prioritizes safety and productivity
  • The candidates should be able to follow the directions of the Delivery Supervisor
