Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety equipment/gear
Credentials: Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate, Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Working at heights training
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Criminal record check, Drug test
Equipment and machinery experience: Carpet cleaning machine, Chemical cleaning equipment, Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Hydroblasters, Polishing machines, Power tools, Pressure cleaners, Pressure washers, Sandblasters, Steam cleaners, Waxing machine
Cleaning experience: Chimneys, Industrial equipment, Ventilation system/ducts, Boilers/tanks, Furnaces
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, dangerous area, wet/damp area, noisy area, hot area, dusty area, and cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be punctual, accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate cleaning machines
- The candidates should be able to clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fire places
- The candidates should be able to clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces
- The candidates should be able to clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment
- The candidates should be able to vacuum floors
- The candidates should be able to wax and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
