Work setting: On-site customer service, Willing to relocate, and Retail service establishment
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Retail store
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, considering factors such as demand, budget, and market trends to maintain optimal inventory levels
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, balancing the operational requirements with the availability and preferences of the staff
- The candidates should be able to sell merchandise effectively, employing persuasive techniques and a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, implementing efficient tracking systems and ensuring accurate stock levels at all times
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, employing effective communication and critical thinking skills
