Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a secondary education
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having manufacturing environment experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:

- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced learning environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to complete associated documents
- The candidate should be able to train new employees
- The candidate should be able to understand and comply with basic food safety principles.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform packaging, clean-up and other elemental activities related to food processing.
- The candidate should be able to manually pack product into bags, trays and other packaging formats as per customer specification
- The candidate should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
- The candidate should be able to load product onto packaging line for processing
- The candidate should be able to ensure work area is clean and tidy
- The candidate should be able to follow all GMP and food safety principles
- The candidate should be responsible for operating single-function machines to process and package meat products, perform equipment set-up and material handling
- The candidate should be able to set up and adjust single-function processing and packaging machines preparatory to operation.
- The candidate should be able to set up labels in retail labeller and end scales
- The candidate should be able to operate single function machines required to process or package food products.
- The candidate should be able to check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as necessary.
- The candidate should be responsible for operating multi-function process control or single-function machines to process and package meat products.
- The candidate should be able to perform line set up approvals and verification
- The candidate should be able to complete required documentation associated to the production run
- The candidate should be able to ensure all products are set up and packaged as per specification
- The candidate should be able to oversee training of new employees
- The candidate should be able to maintain the shift log of production and other data.
- The candidate should be able to participate in continuous improvement programs, meetings, etc.
- The candidate should be able to understand and comply with basic food safety principles.
