Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 44 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Vegetables
Type of crops: Tomatoes and Greenhouse vegetables
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work and have attention to detail
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a team player
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops efficiently
- The candidates should be able to clip plants as required
- The candidates should be able to deleaf plants effectively
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings skillfully
- The candidates should be able to perform suckering activities adeptly
