Salary: $16.60 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other grain farming, with a preference for working outdoors in soybean farming, even in noisy and dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines, even when tasks are repetitive and require a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing tasks that involve walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and open to overtime when required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry
