Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset Languages: Spanish
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be adaptable to dusty working conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding work and possess a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, with the possibility of overtime being required for the position

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
