Type of crops: Bell peppers, Cabbage, Sweet corn, Tomatoes and Zucchinis

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, have experience in handling heavy loads, and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be capable of walking for extended periods, and able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform grading and hand-harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and engage in stone and/or wood picking
- The candidates should be able to perform tying, conduct weeding, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality, and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
