Shifts: Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty, hot, and noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to efficiently perform repetitive tasks and excel at meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods if necessary and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
- The candidates should be able to walk as part of their regular job duties and handle weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) when necessary
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations and exhibit organizational skills in their work
- The candidates should possess reliability in fulfilling tasks and commitments and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, lower, and weed
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
