Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp and hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to discriminate sounds
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, walking, sitting, standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be overtime may be required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
