Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to tolerate various odors and be comfortable working in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated settings and be prepared to work in dirty conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and have experience in handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet demanding job requirements and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should have attention to detail and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and work effectively under pressure

- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and exhibit dependability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be flexible in their approach to tasks and show initiative in problem-solving

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, and perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
