Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should handle weight to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- The candidates should possess the ability to work independently and efficiently handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods as part of their job requirements
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit punctuality and dependability, along with efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication abilities
- They should also demonstrate reliability and a strong team player mentality
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- The candidates should be able to perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
