Salary: $22.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: North York, ON
Shifts: Evening, Shift, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods during the course of their work
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload efficiently and effectively
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results even in challenging circumstances
- The candidates should handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- The candidates should be able to perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
