Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and quality amidst rapid changes, and be capable of managing physically demanding work requirements effectively
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency, possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in their tasks, and have good hand-eye coordination, facilitating accurate and efficient task performance
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as part of their job responsibilities, be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday, and handle a large workload, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity in demanding situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate initiative, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking action without constant supervision
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and fostering a positive work environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, check and weigh materials and products, and clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, and perform other laboring and elemental activities
