Transportation information: Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, Urban area
Supervision: More than 20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have graduates of a College or CEGEP program
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Telecommunications, Sales, Operations management, Development
Computer and technology knowledge: Database, MS Excel, MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling work under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and experienced in managing a large workload efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at excellent oral communication to convey information effectively and proficient in excellent written communication for clear and concise expression
  • The candidates should be flexible in adapting to various tasks and situations, organized in managing responsibilities and tasks
  • The candidates should be effective team players, capable of collaborating with others seamlessly, and proactive in taking initiative when needed

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • The candidates should be able to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • The candidates should be able to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • The candidates should be able to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
