Salary: $25.00 to $46.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Early Morning, Morning, 07:30 to 16:00
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Dusty
Work Setting: Maintenance, On-site customer service, Repair, Testing, Service
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Area of Specialization: Electric motors, Switchgears, Industrial motors, Generators, Switches
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads and work with manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate and work with being focused on the client
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment
- The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators and other electro-mechanical equipment
- The candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints
- The candidate should be able to perform on-site servicing and repair
- The candidate should be able to test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear
- The candidate should be able to test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance
