Salary: $20.00 hourly for 32 hours per 32 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: The Candidates should have 2 to less than 3 years experience
Equipment and machinery experience: The candidates should be able to run and manage combine harvester, farm truck, fertilizer applicator, loader, planting equipment, seed drill, sprayer or duster, swather, tillage equipment, and tractor
Automated systems experience: The candidates should have the experience of automated irrigation system, storage and silage system.
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dry pea and bean farming, other grain farming, wheat farming, outdoors, noisy, and dusty area.
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker.
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, judgmental, and be able to work as a team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops.
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
