Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a minimum of a Grade 12 diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience related to ground maintenance technician
Physical Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be eager to develop mechanical skills with the potential to become certified mechanics
- The candidates should have a basic understanding of building maintenance, equipment and vehicle components, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with more involved repairs, including disassembling and reassembling parts, using hand tools, and following instructions
- The candidates should be able to support ground maintenance technicians in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- The candidates should be able to conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, changing or repairing tires, and flushing and replacing fluids
- The candidates should be able to complete all grounds work, including snow removal, plowing, and grading surfaces within the compound
- The candidates should be able to maintain all landscaping to ensure a clean and presentable environment
- The candidates should be able to observe all buildings and grounds on an ongoing basis to determine maintenance needs and necessary repairs
