Soho Spa based in Stratford, PE is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Guest Service Representative – Spa. Soho Spa has something to offer everyone. We provide services such as music to the risqué, shopping and fashion. We may not be the bustling fashion district of London, but we offer all of the decadence and luxury, right here in Stratford. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Presentation software, MS Windows
Security and Safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks and pay attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas also provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidate should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services also operate switchboard or telephone system
- The candidate should be able to record and relay information also schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidate should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages also calculate billing charges
- The candidate should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone, light cleaning duties also complete sales transactions
