Work setting: Warehouse
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Vehicle and equipment experience: Pallet lifters
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, organized, efficient, hard working, energetic, and reliable
- The candidates should have time management, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- The candidates should be able to operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products
- The candidates should be able to pick orders and stock
- The candidates should be able to weigh materials and goods
- The candidates should be able to make labels and attach to goods
- The candidates should be able to pack and unpack goods, wrap goods
- The candidates should be able to install, lash and secure goods
