Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be proficient in managing repetitive tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work, and possessing excellent hand-eye coordination for performing tasks that require manual dexterity
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately for tasks that involve color coding or identification and be comfortable with extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday, capable of standing for extended periods as necessary for certain job functions, and able to handle weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) safely and effectively

- The candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented, displaying a high level of motivation and vitality while setting clear objectives and working diligently to achieve them

- The candidates should be quick learners, capable of acquiring new knowledge and skills efficiently, and be organized in managing their time and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, provide customer service, and pack and unpack goods
- The candidates should be able to install, lash, and secure goods, organize and maintain inventory, and operate computerized inventory control systems
