Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 35 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 year
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have dependability and reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs when necessary
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances as needed to ensure their proper functioning
- The candidates should be able to conduct safety and security checks regularly to maintain a safe environment
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently when required
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to upkeep the facilities
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of equipment to ensure availability when needed
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of supplies to support various maintenance tasks and activities
