Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 55 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks efficiently and demonstrating manual dexterity required for crop harvesting
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination skills, be comfortable standing for extended periods during harvesting, and be adaptable to tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should have meticulous attention to detail in crop harvesting activities, be proficient in walking as part of the job requirements, and be able to handle loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as necessary for the role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations, be reliable in fulfilling duties and meeting commitments
- The candidates should be effective team players, fostering collaboration within a group
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, grade, and deleaf
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and manage feed inventory
- The candidates should be able to cut seeds and clean greenhouses
