Salary: $4,000 to $6,000 monthly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time

Shifts: Flexible Hours
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Room and board provided, Rural area, Various locations
Type of crops: Seed corn, Soybeans, Grains
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Truck driving
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Tractor, Hand tools, Combine harvester
Own tools/equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat
Credentials: Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Security and safety: Valid passport
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in corn farming and be knowledgeable in dry pea and bean farming
- The candidates should have expertise in oilseed (except soybean) farming and be familiar with other grain farming practices
- The candidates should have experience in wheat farming and be comfortable working in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and possess skills in harvesting crops
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of efficiently handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should have the ability to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations and exhibit reliability in consistently meeting job requirements and expectations
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others, and uphold strong values and ethics in their professional conduct
- The candidates should possess good judgment in decision-making and be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
