Salary: $20.00 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Aldergrove, BC
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Early Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), being accustomed to working in hot conditions
- The candidates should be skilled in harvesting crops efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable in consistently meeting job expectations and be team players, fostering a collaborative work environment
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and exercise good judgment in decision-making
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and clean work areas
- The candidates should be able to operate climate controls
