Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary certificate
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 Years experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a working knowledge of greenhouse operation principles and methods and English language skills at or above CLB level 4
- The candidates should ideally have a diploma in a related field and hold a valid driver’s license
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to harvest, sort, and prepare greenhouse produce for shipment to customers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare greenhouse media effectively for plant growth
- The candidates should be able to ensure healthy greenhouse plant growth through proper cultivation practices
- The candidates should be able to maintain a pest-free environment by monitoring and controlling insects, diseases, and weed pests in the greenhouse
- The candidates should be able to implement appropriate measures to create and maintain an optimal plant growth environment
- The candidates should be able to adhere to greenhouse management practices to support plant health and productivity
