Salary: $16.75 to $18.65 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp and dusty conditions, handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, as well as bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
- They should be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area, sort and pack fruits and vegetables, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry
