Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in performing repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads safely and effectively and be physically fit to handle demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for tasks requiring precise hand movements and exhibit hand-eye coordination for accurate task execution
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately and be comfortable standing for extended periods as required by the duties
- The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks as necessary
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, clean the work area, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
