Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in wet or damp conditions, and in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be accustomed to repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors, and be able to stand for extended periods, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
