J&W Mushroom and Vegetable Ltd. is an agricultural enterprise specializing in the cultivation and distribution of mushrooms and various vegetables. J&W Mushroom and Vegetable Ltd. have facilities dedicated to growing mushrooms indoors, such as white button mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, or exotic varieties like shiitake or oyster mushrooms. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, however experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks effectively under pressure, and manage physically demanding work with hand-eye coordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to clean work areas and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine products for quality and readiness for the market
