Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work and prioritize client satisfaction, maintaining a client-focused approach
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling job requirements
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, authorize payments by cheque, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
