Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in confined spaces, able to work in wet or damp conditions, and tolerate odours in the work environment
- The candidates should be prepared to work in dusty conditions and able to work in hot environments
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and physically fit to handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for handling equipment and materials, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability in fulfilling their duties and commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
- The candidates should be able to assist cleaners in performing duties, coordinate work activities with other departments, and establish work schedule
