VCPC HOLDINGS LIMITED based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Health care aide. VCPC HOLDINGS LIMITED work under the direct or indirect supervision of a regulated health professional, such as a nurse, in a variety of settings including, but not limited to home care, assisted living facilities and lodges, long-term care and designated supportive living facilities, acute care hospitals, private agencies, individual clients. We provide basic health services, assistance and support with activities of daily living for clients who have medical conditions or major functional limitations. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $26.75 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, also training will be provided to the candidates.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to take patients’ blood pressure, temperature and pulse, bathe, dress and groom patients and also transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher.
- The candidate should answer call signals and accompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
