Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree in Science related field (or internationally comparable degree)
Experience: Candidates should have pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industry experience, Quality Assurance experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure that our quality processes are maintained through the implementation of procedures, training, and regular inspections, acting in compliance with drug, medical device, and local regulations as a QA Specialist
  • The candidates should be able to support quality processes for storage and distribution of healthcare products on behalf of our clients and their customers
  • The candidates should be able to provide quality-based feedback and assistance to our Operations team, client QA, and their customers
  • The candidates should be able to investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, propose and support the implementation of corrective and preventative action plans
  • The candidates should be able to write, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures
  • The candidates should be able to support the training program to ensure all staff are trained in their respective job functions, including GMP
  • The candidates should be able to conduct regular inspections of the distribution facility, including documentation and reporting of findings, and coordinate and support the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
  • The candidates should be able to provide support during client and regulatory audits
  • The candidates should be able to support the processes and systems within the Quality Department to ensure regulatory compliance, effective operation, and continuous improvements
