Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of work experience: Cleaning
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, remaining focused and productive in high-stress situations, and be prepared for physically demanding work, demonstrating stamina and endurance to meet job requirements
- The candidates should perform repetitive tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout, and have the ability to handle heavy loads safely and effectively as required by the job
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary to complete tasks effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, reliably fulfilling their duties and responsibilities to contribute to team success, and possess flexibility, adapting to changing priorities and requirements with ease and a positive attitude
- The candidates should be organized, effectively managing tasks, time, and resources to achieve objectives efficiently, and be reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines to support team goals
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform minor repairs on appliances
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, supervise other workers, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures and work with minimal supervision
