Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Setting: Office building, Commercial building, Apartment/condominium complex
Work Location Information: Various locations
Equipment Operated/Used: Steam cleaners, Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Polishing machines, Power lawn mowers, Upholstery cleaning equipment, Carpet cleaning machine, Waxing machine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to do repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to do physically demanding
- The candidate should be able to bend, crouch, kneel
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidate should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision
- The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidate should be able to make water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidate should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- The candidate should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidate should be able to collect empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidate should be able to clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
