Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Setting: Office building, Commercial building, Apartment/condominium complex

Equipment Operated/Used: Steam cleaners, Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Polishing machines, Power lawn mowers, Upholstery cleaning equipment, Carpet cleaning machine, Waxing machine

  • The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings

  • The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • The candidate should be able to make water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • The candidate should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • The candidate should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • The candidate should be able to collect empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • The candidate should be able to clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
