Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Specialization or experience: Sheeting and cladding
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional
Installation specialization: Vinyl or resilient sheets, vinyl or resilient tiles, flash covings
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments, maintaining focus and productivity despite distractions, and be comfortable working in dusty conditions, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments, managing discomfort and staying hydrated as necessary, and be familiar with handling carpets and rugs, understanding proper cleaning and maintenance procedures
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, demonstrating stamina and strength as required, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
- The candidates should possess excellent manual dexterity, able to manipulate objects with precision and accuracy, and exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in their work
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, facilitating accurate and efficient task completion, and be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs), adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines

- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, ensuring precision and correctness in tasks performed, and exhibit dependability, reliably fulfilling assigned responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently demonstrating trustworthiness and integrity in their actions, and collaborate effectively as team players, contributing to group efforts and fostering a positive working environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently, and mix, pour, and spread materials according to construction requirements and specifications
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain cleanliness and safety, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure smooth operation
- The candidates should be able to remove existing floor coverings and contaminants as part of the preparation process, and prepare floors for installations by leveling, smoothing, and cleaning surfaces
- The candidates should be able to assist skilled tradespersons by providing support and carrying out tasks as directed, and clean and maintain the workspace to ensure a safe and organized environment
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area regularly to promote safety and efficiency
