Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Child Abuse Registry check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, and Vulnerable sector check
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and travel with the family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, organize activities such as games and outings for children, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
