Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking, adhering to workplace policies and regulations regarding smoking restrictions, and be able to lift weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as needed for certain tasks or assignments
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality, consistently arriving on time for work and meetings, and display a strong focus on client needs, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships
- The candidates should exhibit dependability, reliably fulfilling their duties and meeting deadlines to support client requirements, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients
- The candidates should display flexibility, adapting readily to changing circumstances and tasks in the workplace, and show initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the organization’s success
- The candidates should exercise good judgment, making sound decisions and problem-solving effectively, and be organized, managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently to ensure productivity
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work and meeting expectations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, plan therapeutic diets and menus, and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care and prepare and serve nutritious meals
